Kids spend their day at camp with a
professional staff of certified teachers and scientists that make learning fun.
Kids spend their day at camp conducting investigations, experimenting, and
exploring nature. The summer camp is perfect for the child that enjoys science, nature,
making and inventing, as well as arts and crafts.
Nature's Kids Nursery School -
Kids learn
literacy, science, math, and art, through nature at our 17 acre facility. Classes
start in
September 2010. Children must be 3 yrs of age by start of class to enroll
in the nursery school. Semesters are Sept.7 - Dec. 23 and Jan. 3 - June 24. All
teachers are certified and the administrator has over 25 years of teaching
young children. Inquisitiveness and exploration are encouraged as children
develop their social, motor, and academic skills in a fun place with lots of
room to grow!

 Amazing
Animals is a great family attraction. The exhibit is located
at a 17 acre science and nature center. The exhibit features
reptiles, hawks, owls, snakes, frogs, and turtles. There are
many animals to see in naturalistic environments. The Long
Island attraction is open year round and is an excellent field trip
opportunity for schools as well. Schools and groups can hire a
guide to make the experience enriching and educational. The
exhibit is utilized in many of CSTL's programs and family
experiences all year round. The exhibit is part of our
Nature's Kids Nursery
School curriculum, our summer camp,
family events, festivals, and annual celebrations such as
Creatures of the Night, Earth-Fest, and Spooky-Walk. The
